I have already booked? What happens to my booking now?

For the summer season 2021, the cancellation conditions are more relaxed and apply to new and already existing bookings. The special conditions for all bookings by our homepage are as follows:

  • Free cancellation until 2 weeks before arrival date.
  • 50 % for cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival
  • 90 % 3 days before arrival until the day of arrival

We inform ourselves and our guests naturally always about the current situation, the travel restrictions, etc. Our top priority is to take care of the health of our guests, our family and our of our employees and act according to the recommended measures. The strict observance of the hygienic guidelines is a priority for us, and not just since this year, a A matter of course.

Can I rebook or cancel free of charge?

No costs will be incurred if you cancel or change your booking within the above mentioned deadlines. You can cancel your already paid deposit to use in full for a further stay, receive a voucher or the retransfer of the amount.

Instead of our buffet you can also use our extended bread roll service (yoghurt, milk, butter, homemade muesli, jams, eggs) and enjoy your breakfast safely in your own apartment.
